About the Arts Commission
The Arts Commission promotes local cultural events and activities, including band concerts and art shows, and encourages community participation in various activities. The Arts Commission is especially known for its work coordinating the yearly Photo Contest, Holiday Lighting Contest, Summer Concerts at the Coon Rapids Dam and Winter Concerts at the Coon Rapids Civic Center.
