2025 MEDALLION HUNT
JANUARY 31ST - FEBRUARY 9TH, 2025
The medallion hunt will begin on Friday, January 31st and will continue throughout the Snowflake Days celebration until found. Clues will be posted on this page daily.
Rules are:
1) You must have a 2025 Snowflake Days button to claim the cash prize.
2) The medallion will be hidden on City of Coon Rapids property.
3) Any destruction of City property during your search will disqualify you from claiming the prize.
4) Clues will be posted on this website page by 8:00 a.m. daily beginning on Friday, January 31st, 2025 through Sunday, February 9th, 2025 or until medallion is found.
5) The lucky person who finds the medallion should email dian[email protected] or text message to
612-366-1834 immediately! Announcement will be made on this page when medallion is found.
6) All notifications regarding this medallion hunt will be posted on this page.
7) Prize will be awarded to the winner on Sunday, February 9th, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Coon Rapids City Center immediately following the Community Waffle Breakfast.
8) Finder of the 2025 medallion will receive a $500 prize!

SNOW SCULPTURE CONTEST
Create your own snow or ice sculpture in your front yard!
PRIZES:
1ST PLACE: $200
2ND PLACE: $150
3RD PLACE: $100
All sculptures must be complete by 11:59 p.m. February 2nd. Judging to take place February 3rd.
Sculptures will be judged on originality, quality of work, design and general effect.

A map featuring addresses of the sculpture locations will be available online on February 5th for public viewing.

A $200 gift card from Jerry's Schwinn will be awarded to the winner of each group.
